法乐氏四联症彩超诊断的临床价值

Value of CDFI for Diagnosing Tetralogy of Fallot

目的：评价彩色多普勒超声术前对法乐氏四联症（TOF）的诊断价值。方法：使用彩色多普勒超声心电图（CDFI）对TOF患者进行诊断。结果：CDFT诊断正确率98．6％（34／35），与手术结果对照相关性良好。结论：CDFI是诊断TOF的主要手段，尤其对右室流出道形态及肺动脉狭窄程度的观察，可为临床手术提供可靠的依据。

Objective: To evaluate the contribution of CDFI to diagnosing tetralogy of Fallot. Methods: Thirty -five cases (aged from 15 months to 15 yere) with Tetralogy of Fallot (FOT) confirmed by surgery were examined with color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Results: The accuracy of CDFI was 96. 8 percent in diagnosis. Good correlations between CDFI and operation findings in diagnosing the deviation of the aorta to the right,size of ventricular septal defect, and stenosis of right ventricular outfoow tlaCt (r = 0. 89, 0. 90, 0. 93 resistively, all P < 0.001) were found. Conclusion: CDFI is considered to be a valuable approach to diagnosing the FOT, which can offer reliable findings before operation.
