摘要
作为职业道德的师德,在性质上属于公德,是师德的底线。作为教师道德的师德,超越了公德和私德的区分,凸显了师德的主体性与崇高性,但却存在着将师德抽象化和僭越教师私人生活领域的倾向。从教师专业道德的角度理解,师德是一个有着特殊主体性要求的公德范畴,是教师在教育实践中所形成的并应具备的自觉的内在的品质,是教师人格的体现。如何实现主体的善良品德,需要从其产生的伦理生活出发,完善其所依赖的具体的伦理规范体系。
Teachers' morality,as the professional morality,can be classified as public morality in nature which is the bottom line of teachers' morality.Teachers' morality exceeds the distinctions of public morality and private morality and highlights the subjectivity and nobility of the teachers' morality.However,there exist the problems of the Abstraction of teachers' morality as well as the trend of overstepping teachers' personal life.From the perspective of teachers' professional morality,teachers' morality can be classified as public morality with special subjectivity.It is a kind of self-conscious inner quality that is formed in teachers' education practice and is the manifestation of teachers' personality.The realization of the kind virtues of the subjects is based on the ethical life and the consummation of the ethical norms system.
