高校青年教师课堂教学满意度的影响因素分析

摘要 课堂教学满意度是衡量教学质量的重要参照。通过对C大学137名青年教师课堂教学满意度影响因素的问卷调查,利用SPSS软件和Eviews软件对调查数据进行分析,并在进一步的访谈中得到高校青年教师课堂教学满意度自我提升的结论:稳定专业和课程设置,把握主讲精讲;积极参与科学研究,融科研成果于教学;主动参加继续教育,有针对性地提升教学理念和知识;端正教学态度,狠练教学基本功;塑造良好的人际关系,实现教学相长。 Class teaching satisfaction is a vital indicator of teachers' teaching quality.According to the survey on the influential factors of the class teaching satisfaction of 137 young teachers in university C,the analysis done by using SPSS and Eviews and the further interviews,the thesis draws the conclusions about self-improvements of young university teachers' class teaching satisfaction:stabilizing the major and course framework,grasp the integrating research outcomes into class teaching;taking initiatives to participate into continuous education and enriching teaching ideas and knowledge;correcting teaching attitude and sparing no efforts to practice basic teaching skills;creating good interpersonal relationships and realizing the joint development of both teachers and students through learning and teaching.
