摘要 近年来师范生顶岗支教成为国内研究者关注的话题,研究主题涉及师范生顶岗支教的含义和内容、目的和作用、现状与原因、实施策略等方面。师范生顶岗支教研究存在着重视理论层面研究、忽视实证调查分析,重视表象问题分析、忽视法理依据研究,重视分析式研究、忽略整体式把握等方面的缺失。师范生顶岗支教研究有待进一步加强,为完善师范生顶岗支教创造条件。 Normal students' on-post teaching practice in recent years has become a hot domestic issue.Researchers focus their study on the meaning and content,the purpose and function,the present situation and the cause,the implementation strategies and some other aspects of normal students' on-post teaching practice.The research on normal students' on-post teaching practice emphasizes the theoretical aspect while ignoring the empirical research analysis;emphasizes the analysis of superficial problems while ignoring legal basis research;emphasizes analysis research while ignoring the wholeness.Besides,there also exist some other problems.Therefore,normal students' on-post teaching needs to be further strengthened in order to offer help for the perfection of normal students' on-post teaching practice.
