“工资倒置”理论对乡村教师缺乏现象解决对策的指导作用

摘要 乡村教师缺乏现象已经严重制约了乡村地区教育和社会其他各方面的发展。"工资倒置"理论的应用是经济利益分配在乡村教师和城市教师之间的一种调整。通过探讨理论的产生背景,乡村地区教师缺乏的原因,理论的内涵、依据,理论实施的具体措施和前景等,力求实现教师队伍在乡村与城市之间的合理流动,为解决乡村地区教师缺乏现象提供指导。 The deficiency of rural teachers has already affected the education and some other aspects in rural areas.The application of "inverted salary" theory is an adjustment of benefit distribution between rural teachers and urban teachers.According to the research done on the background of theory,the cause of the deficiency rural teachers,the basis and connotation of the theory,the detailed measures and prospects,a reasonable migration of teachers from rural areas to urban areas and vice versa is supposed to be achieved.The thesis is armed to offer a guidance to deal with the problem of deficiency of rural teachers.
