摘要
高校思想政治理论课教师同时扮演着"知识人"、"政治人"与"经济人"的社会角色,引发复杂而深刻的角色冲突。批判教育学从文化政治的角度重新审视教育,对高校思想政治理论课教师重新定位自身的角色提供了重要的启示。高校思想政治理论课教师要将"转化型知识分子"角色由外在期待内化为自身的角色认同,扮演好具有公共精神的对话者、批判精神的实践者、人本精神的引导者等多元角色。
The teachers teaching ideological and political theories in universities act as "intellectual","statesman" and "economist".Conflicts occur during the shift between these three different roles.Critical pedagogy reexamines education from the perspective of cultural politics,and throws light on how the teachers of ideological and political theories in universities redefine their roles.Teachers of ideological and political theories in universities should internalize their role of "transforming intellectual" into self identification.These teachers should play multi-roles as a speaker with public spirit,a practitioner with critical spirit and a guide with human-oriented spirit and so on.
