从大学生逃课看高等学校教学管理改革——基于某高校调查数据的实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 大学生逃课原因的Logistic分析表明:就业压力、课程设置、学习意愿和授课方式对逃课的贡献最大,这四个变量与进入模型的其他六个变量一起只在17%的程度上解释了学生逃课的原因;社会就业压力对高校造成的冲击是明显的,考证或考研不仅直接侵蚀着正课时间,也造成了学生对课程和教师的功利化取舍;在现行的高等教育体制下,教学管理制度约束软化具有一定的必然性。 The paper tries to analyze the reasons why college students cut classes.The analysis made by Logistic Model indicates that four independent variables,employment pressure,curriculum setup,learning willingness and teaching methods are the main four factors that causes students' cutting classes.These four factors along with other six ones contribute only 17 percent to explaining why students cut classes.Impact caused by employment pressure on universities is obvious.Certification or graduate test not only takes up much class time directly,but also cause s students to choose the teachers and the courses in a utilitarian way.Finally,soft constraint of educational administration is inevitable in current educational system.
