摘要
以宝钢不锈钢事业部一号套筒竖窑为例,分析套筒竖窑采用高炉煤气混烧天然气替代转炉煤气的可行性。并通过实践表明,混烧后炉窑的热工及石灰指标均能达到指标要求,并通过试验石灰产品在冶炼中的实际使用效果。
Taking for example No.1 vertical sleeve lime kiln of Baosteel＇s Stainless Steel Co.,the feasibility of converter gas substituted by mixing combustion of blast furnace gas and natural gas in the vertical sleeve lime kiln is analyzed.The practice shows that the thermal and lime indexes of the kiln meet index requirements after mixing combustion.The actual use effects of lime products in smelting are inspected by tests.
