邯钢西区烧结余热发电系统采用双通道双压锅炉达到中低温余热分级回收和梯级利用,解决余热发电机组运行的连续性差问题;补汽式汽轮机的采用在整个钢厂生产蒸汽系统中起到蒸汽利用平衡的作用,达到稳定蒸汽管网压力的目的。
The west area sintering waste heat power generation system of Hansteel adopts two-channel and double-pressure boiler to achieve middle and low temperature waste heat recovery and cascade utilization.It can solve the problem of poor continuity of the waste heat generation set operation.Adoption of steam-supplement turbine plays the role of balancing steam utilization in the steam production system of the steel plant to reach the purpose of stabilizing pressure of the steam piping network.
