摘要 八钢焦化老区A/O/O法生化废水处理项目投产后,面临冬季管道易冻,废水量大负荷重,维持细菌生长的温度不够,刮板机掉道、打滑,轨道结冰,搅拌机故障频率高不易检修,污泥回流泵故障频发,气浮效果差,空气风机噪音大,污泥螺杆泵轴套磨损快等诸多问题。经过多次攻关实践和持续改进,使以上问题得到改善,系统运行平稳,故障停机时间大幅减少,关键控制指标合格率大幅度提升。 There were many problems after commissioning of the biological wastewater treatment project by A/O/O process in the coking old area of Bayi Iron Steel Co.,Ltd,for example easy freezing of pipe in winter;large amount of waste water;it was dificult to maintain the temperature of bacterial growth;derailing and skidding of scraper;track freezing;high frequency failure of mixer and difficult to repair;high frequency failure of sludge return pump;poor effect of air flotation;large noise of air blower;wearing quickly of bushings of sludge screw.After much practice and continuous improvement,these problems have been improved.At present,the system runs smoothly.Downtime is greatly reduced.Qualification rate of key control indexes has been improved significantly.
