摘要
综述了利用高压水除鳞技术除去钢坯表面氧化铁皮的工艺,特别是结合棒材厂中型线技术改造后生产特殊钢种的工艺要求,论述了如何更好用高压水去除钢坯表面氧化铁皮,提高钢材的加工质量。通过实践表明,高压水除鳞系统水压和流量所产生的打击力对除鳞效果至关重要。
The high pressure water descaling technology to remove iron scale on billet steel surface is overviewed.In terms of the process requirements to produce special steel after the technical reconstruction of medium-sized steel production line of the bar plant,it discusses how to adopt well the high pressure water to remove the iron scale on the billet steel surface to improve steel processing quality.The practice shows that the striking force produced by water pressure and flow rate of the high pressure water descaling system is very important for descaling effect.
