Study of A Group of Isolated Systolic Hypertension Patient Samples

目的:探讨不同性别、不同年龄单纯性高血压的分布规律,为科学合理地安排体检、进行治疗提供依据。方法:用数理统计的方法,从几何角度和统计角度给出分布规律和特性。结果:给出不同性别不同年龄段单纯性高血压分布特点,对不同性别一级单纯性收缩压和舒张压偏高与不同年龄段的构成比进行卡方检验,根据样本结构建立了与一级收缩压有关的数学模型。结论:给出了单纯性高血压的主要表现级别、分布规律、峰值区间,以及体检发现与头部不适发现的构成规律,建立了患单纯性收缩压偏高症,男性和女性不同年龄段出现频率的数学模型。

Objective：To study the distribution of isolated systolic hypertension patient in different ages and gender and provide a basis to arrange a scientific and reasonable physical examination.Methods： To analyze the distribution and identity of isolated systolic hypertension in geometric and statistical way by statistical method.Results： Show the isolated systolic hypertension distribution features of different ages and gender;Chi-square test was given to the constitute proportions of high first-class isolated systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the constitute proportions in different ages,and a mathematical model associated with first-class isolated systolic pressure was established based on the patient samples.Conclusion：The distribution features,major grade performance and the peak value interval of the isolated systolic hypertension was given,and the constitution law of discomfort in head detection and physical examination detection was also given,then we establish a mathematical model associated with the frequency of isolated systolic hypertension patients in different gender groups and age groups.
