非洛地平缓释片治疗轻中度高血压有效性与安全性的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Efficacy and safety of Felodipine Extended-release vs. Common AntihyPertensive Drugs in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Essential HyPertension

目的:评价非洛地平缓释片治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的有效性及安全性。方法:应用Meta分析对14篇文献研究中非洛地平缓释片与其他常用抗高血压药治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的有效性、安全性,进行同质性检验及合并效应量的估计。结果:①有效率:非洛地平缓释片与其他常用抗高血压药物相比,差异具有统计学意义[OR=2.44,95%CI(1.72,3.47),P<0.05],其有效率更高;②不良反应发生率:非洛地平缓释片与其他常用抗高血压药物相比,差异具有统计学意义[OR=0.60,95%CI(0.43,0.83),P<0.05],其不良反应发生率更低。结论:本研究结果显示,非洛地平缓释片治疗轻、中度原发性高血压与其他抗高血压药物相比,具有疗效更好,不良反应更少的趋势。但由于本研究所纳入的文献质量较低,有必要进一步开展多中心、大样本的随机对照试验来证实这种趋势。

Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of felodipine extended-release vs.common antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension.Methods： The efficacy and safety of felodipine extended-release versus other drugs in the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension reported in 14 research papers were subjected to homogeneity test and combined test using Meta-analysis.Results： Meta-analysis showed that the effective rate in patients receiving felodipine extended-release was significantly higher than that in patients receiving other drugs[OR=2.44,95%CI（1.72,3.47）,P〈0.05].The incidence of adverse effects was significantly lower in the felodipine extended-release group compared to the control group[OR=0.60,95%CI（0.43,0.83）,P〈0.05].Conclusion： felodipine extended-release tends to have better efficacy and safety compared with other antihypertensive drugs.However,most trials included in the review were poor quality,so multi-center large-scale randomized controlled trials of higher quality are needed to confirm this.
