低分子肝素与硝酸甘油联用治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨低分子肝素治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:173例患者法随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组87例给予硝酸甘油15mg加入250ml的0.9%氯化钠中每日静脉滴注,治疗组86例在对照组治疗上加用低分子肝素0.4ml行皮下注射。观察记录症状、体征、心电图等。结果:治疗组缓解心绞痛疗效显著,心肌缺血心电图改善明显,临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低分子肝素与硝酸甘油联用能有效增加心肌血流、改善缺血,其安全有效、临床效果好,值得推广使用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of low molecular heparin combination with nitroglycerin in the treatment of UAP.Methods:173 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(87 patients) were used nitroglycerin intravenous drip,while the therapy group(86 patients) were used nitroglycerin intravenous drip and combination used low molecular heparin injected.Observed and recorded the symptoms,ECG,and so on.Results: The improved symptoms of UAP and the ECG in the therapy group were significantly different than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The method of combination use low molecular heparin and nitroglycerin to treat UAP can obviously increase myocardial blood and improve ischemia,safty and had good clinical effect,it is worth using widely.
