微循环图像指标量化的提取研究

摘要 研究用VC++设计软件,根据提取指标的要求,应用数字图像处理技术中的图像增强、边缘检测、二值化等技术处理微循环图像,再测量管径、血管密度等量化指标。系统经实践检验,测量准确,并且操作简便,提供了微循环定量测量的工具。 Quantitative parameters of microcirculation plays an important role in diagnosis,treatment effect and pathogenesis of hypertension.There are many noise patterns in Microcirculation image,and image gray-scale distribution area is small.To measure morphologic quantitative parameters of microvessel,we should solve the problem of low signal to noise ratio and low contrast.According to the requirements of measure parameters,we process microcirculation image using digital image processing,such as enhancement,edge detection and binaryzation,and then measure capillary's diameter and density etc.This study design software using VC + +,which extract quantitative parameters of microcirculation image,after necessary image processing.After practice test,the system could measure parameter accurately and be simple operated,and useful in microcirculation quantitative parameters' measurement.
