胸腰段压缩骨折腰椎前凸角度及病变椎体倾斜角度的变化特点

采用影像学测量的方法比较分析了 2 0例正常人和 2 0例胸腰段骨折患者的腰椎前凸角度、外伤病人损伤椎体的楔变角度、楔面水平角度 ,发现正常组腰椎前凸角平均为 33.7°,外伤组为 5 5 .3°,有显著性差异 ;外伤组腰椎前凸角度增加量等于损伤椎体的楔变角度 ;损伤椎体的楔面水平角度倾向于和水平面保持一致 ( 0°)。

The hlateral X ray films of the lumbar and thoracolumbar spine were studied by measuring in the normal group,abnormal group.And then the results were compared statistically between the two groups.The average of lordosis angle of the lumbar spine from L 2 to S 1 was 33.7° in normal group,whereas the angle of which was increased to 55.3° in abnormal group (p<0 01).The average of cuneiform angle of the fracture vertebral body was 22.7° in abnormal group, it equals the adding value of lordosis angle of the lumbar spine in abnormal group;the surface of the fracture vertebral body in abnormal group was inclined to parallel with horizontal level.
