对舒张性心力衰竭诊治的临床观察

目的:探讨舒张性心力衰竭的发病原因及诊治措施;方法:回顾性分析我院2009年8月至2011年8月收治的64例舒张性心力衰竭患者的临床资料;结果:经过4周的治疗后,这些患者的显效率为54.69%(35/64),有效率为40.63%(26/64),无效率为4.69%(3/64),总有效率为95.31%(45/48)。出院12个月之后对所有患者进行回访调查,共有9例出现再次心衰而二次入院治疗,52例E/A比值增大,3例无效;结论:舒张性心力衰竭疾病治疗方法的选择和制定,最重要的依据就是患者本身的具体病情,掌握具体病情有助于治疗目的的实现。
