跗骨融合X线平片诊断

目的:探讨跗骨融合的临床X线平片诊断。方法:对我科200例足和踝关节X线照片两个或两个以上跗骨融合形成者的临床资料进行回顾。结果:200例照片中,发现跗骨融合9例(4.5%),其中男7例,女2例,平均年龄51岁。结论:跗骨融合是足痛的一种原因,大多数可经X线平片确诊。

Objective To investigate tarsal bone fusion in clinical X-ray diagnosis. Methods The subjects 200 cases of foot and ankle X- ray photographs of two or more tarsal bones fuse to form the clinical data were reviewed. Results of 200 cases of the photo, found tarsal bone fusion in 9 cases （4.5%）, including 7 males and 2 females, average age 51 years. Conclusion tarsal bone fusion is a cause of foot pain, most can be diagnosed by X-ray film.
