不同制备工艺对复方冬凌草含片中冬凌草甲素含量的影响研究

Research for Effect of the Content of Oridonin in Compound Rabdosia Rubescens Buccal Tablets by Different Preparation Processes

目的：对复方冬凌草含片的原制备工艺进行了改进。方法：采用ＨＰＬＣ法对新、旧工艺产品中主要有效成分冬凌草甲素的含量进行了测定。结果：新工艺产品中冬凌草甲素的含量较高。结论：改进的工艺合理，产品质量稳定。

Obejctive: The old preparation process of compound rabdosia rubescens buccal tablets was improved. Methods: The content of Oridonin which is the main effective component part in the old and new technological products was determined by the method of HPLC. Results: The experimental results show that the content of Oridonin in the new preparation process is high. Conclusion: The improved process is reasonable, the quality of its product is stable.
