清洁间歇导尿术在脊髓损伤患者膀胱管理中的应用

The application of clean intermittent catheterization in the bladder management of patients with spinal cord injury

目的探讨清洁间歇导尿术对脊髓损伤患者膀胱功能的影响。方法 39例脊髓损伤伴有尿潴留患者实施清洁间歇导尿术1个月,治疗前及治疗后分别测定残余尿量及进行实验室检查计算下尿路感染率,比较治疗前后残余尿量及下尿路感染率的变化。结果治疗后患者残余尿量明显降低,下尿路感染率显著下降。结论清洁间歇导尿术可有效降低脊髓损伤患者残余尿量及下尿路感染率,在膀胱管理中具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the influence of clean intermittent catheterization on the bladder function of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods 39 patients with urinary retention after spinal cord injury were accepted clean intermittent catheterization a month.Residual urine and lower urinary tract infection rates were measured before and after treatment respectively,and then compared the variation.Results After treatment,residual urine and lower urinary tract infection rates dropped significantly.Conclusion Clean intermittent catheterization can effectively reduce residual urine and lower urinary tract infection rates,and plays an important role in the bladder management of patients with spinal cord injury.s
