柴胡疏肝散加减治疗高泌乳素血症临床观察

用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗高泌乳素血症 2 4例 ,并与用溴隐亭治疗的 2 0例进行对照 ,结果 :两组的治疗有效率无显著性差异 ,而中药的远期疗效优于西药组。提示中药有明显的降低异常升高的泌乳素作用 ,且具有远期疗效好、副作用小的优越性。

objective:To compare the theraputic effect between the variation of caihusugansan for 24 patients and bromocryptine for 20 patients on hypergalactia.Result:the effective rates of the two groups are not significant,but the long-standing effect of the group that used Chinese herbs is better than the one that used western medicine.Conclusion:Chinese herbs have significant effect on deducing the abnormal elevation of the pergalactia.What's more,they have good long-standing effect and rare side effect.\;
