闭合复位法治疗尺桡骨干双骨折的临床分析

目的:探讨闭合复位法治疗尺桡骨双骨折的临床效果。方法:选取我院2007年9月～2010年7月收治的30例尺桡骨双骨折患者的临床资料记为治疗组,选取2004年9月～2006年7月收治的30例尺桡骨双骨折患者的临床资料作为对照,记为对照组,治疗组患者采用闭合复位穿刺针内固定法治疗,对照组患者采用闭合复位夹板外固定法治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者显效19例,有效10例,总有效率96.67%;对照组显效13例,有效12例,总有效率83.33%。两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:闭合复位穿刺针内固定法治疗尺桡骨双骨折,临床效果好,值得在临床推广。

Objective to investigate the method of the radial treatment feet closed reset the clinical effect of double fracture.Methods：the hospital in September 2007 to July 2010 were 30 cases of patients with fracture of the radial double foot the clinical data for the treatment group selection,written in September 2004 to July 2006 were 30 cases of patients with fracture of the radial double foot the clinical data as a comparison,written as control group,the treatment group were treated by closed reduction fixation method treatment,the needle in the patients with closed reduction method,the fixed splinting treatment compared between the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results：treatment group patients 19 cases were markedly improved,effective 10 cases,the total effective rate 96.67%;In the control group,effective 13 cases got 12 cases,the total effective rate of 83.33%.Two groups of patients were compared with a statistically significant difference（p 0.05）.Conclusion：closed reduction fixation method treatment feet e.radial double fracture,clinical effect is good,is worth in clinical promotion.
