摘要
职业高中生源差，数学课堂教学难度大，学生自身问题多，给教学与管理带来挑战，因此，教师要根据现状调整教学思路方法，关心与帮助学生，采用学生互帮，家长与教师共管方法培养学生学习积极性，提高学习效率。
Occupation high school students,mathematics classroom teaching difficult,students＇ own problem,to teaching and management challenges,therefore,teachers should adjust the teaching method according to the present situation,care and help students with students,parents and teachers help,common method to cultivate the students＇ learning enthusiasm,improve the efficiency of learning.
