安宫牛黄丸治疗重型颅脑外伤手术后患者的疗效观察

目的:观察应用安宫牛黄丸治疗重型颅脑外伤手术患者的疗效。方法:将17例应用安宫牛黄丸治疗的重症颅脑外伤术后患者的疗效及并发症和进行常规治疗的23例患者的疗效及并发症进行比较。结果:17例经安宫牛黄丸治疗的患者的并发症少、疗效显著。结论:在西医常规治疗基础上加用安宫牛黄丸对于重症颅脑外伤术后患者可起到促醒、降低死亡率、改善预后等积极的作用。

Angongniuhuang pills can be applied to treat patients who were operated on after suffering severe head trauma.Aim To reduce complications and improve patient outcomes,we applied Angongniuhuang pills treating severe traumatic brain injury patients.Methods The treatment efficacy in 17 patients and their complications was compared with that of 23 patients without Angongniuhuang pills.Results 17 cases of severe traumatic brain injury patients with Angongniuhuang pills had significant effect and less complications.Conclusions The using Angongniuhuang pills based on conventional therapy for severe traumatic brain injury patients had a positive impact on promoting sober,reducing mortality and improve the prognosis of patients.
