湖北省１９９８ 年常规免疫接种率监测及评价结果显示，四种疫苗报告接种率为９３－４２ ％ ～９６－６９％ ，估计接种率为４６－０８％ ～６１－０８ ％ ；经差值评价，卡介苗报告接种率可信，口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗和百白破混合制剂报告接种率可疑，麻疹疫苗报告接种率不可信；比值评价结果为不可信。１９９８ 年常规免疫报表及时率为４５－６２ ％ ，第１ 轮报表及时性明显低于其它轮次。对今后的常规免疫监测工作提出了建议。

This paper evaluated the routine immunization surveillance results in Hubei Province in 1998. The reported vaccinated rates of BCG, OPV, DPT and MV were 93.42%～96.69%, but their estimated rates were 46.08%～61.08%. By evaluating the different value of reported and estimated vaccinating rates, the reported vaccinating rate of BCG was reliable, the rates of OPV and DPT were doubtful, and the rate of MV was unbelievable. The ratio value evaluation showed that the reported vaccinating rates were not reliable. The in time reported rate of routine immunization forms was 45.62%, and the first report of the year was the lowest. This paper also made some suggestions for the future surveillance works.
