摘要
用二步发酵法产生的发酵液,经超滤制得2-酮基-L-古龙酸钠,然后再经酯化、内酯化和酸化等反应生成维生素C_0此法简化了工艺,节约能源,降低成本,同时也提高了维生素C的收率和质量。
The sodium 2-keto-L-gulonate was obtained through ultrafiltration with the zymotic fluid produced by two-step fermentation method, and then vitamin C was prepared through esterification, lactonization, and acidation again. The technological process was simplified, energy was saved, cost was declined, and yield and quality of vitamine C was raised by this method.
