抗敏止痒乳膏的制备与临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of Anti-Allergic and Anti-Puritic Cream

目的:研制一种非激素的外用乳膏,用于治疗瘙痒性皮肤病。方法:建立该乳膏的质量控制方法,采用单盲法自身对照和双盲法随机分组进行对照试验,观测指标。结果:制备工艺简便,质量可靠,临床应用总有效率90％以上。结论:该乳膏制备工艺可行,治疗瘙痒性皮肤病临床效果满意。

Objective: To develop a non-hormone cream, which will be used to treat itching skin diseases. Method: To set up the system of quality control and to carry on clinical control tests by adopting single-blind-self-control and the random double-blind control in order to gain the indices of observation. Result: Prepating process was simple and the quality was reliable. The total effective rate of clinical application was higher than 90% . Conclusion: This cream is surely to be simple prepared and the clinical effect in the treatment of itching skin diseases is satisfactory.
