粮库自动通风控制系统的研究

Research about the Auto Mechanical Ventilation Control System of Grain Depot

粮温是粮食行业储备管理粮食的一个重要指标,而在外界气温较低的冬季进行机械通风是降低粮温的一个重要措施。针对目前机械通风自动化程度低、管理困难等特点,本文设计出了基本单片机控制的自动通风系统,并通过了测试。该系统实现了自动控制和远程集中控制。

Temperature of grain is an important indicator in grain storage industry,and the method of mechanical ventilation is an important measure to lower the grain temperature in winter.According to the characteristic of the mechanical ventilation at present,such as the low degree of automation and the difficulties in managemant etc.,this paper designed a smart ventilation system basic on microprocessor.This system achieved the target of automatic control and remote centralized control.
