摘要
本文研究了等参碱对细菌脂多糖所致小鼠体内毒性的影响,结果发现:苦参碱可剂量依赖地抑制脂多糖诱导的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性升高和外围中性粒细胞下降.并可有效抑制脂多糖所致小鼠致死毒性,口服营参碱100mg/kg抑制率高达81.2%。以上结果提示苦参碱可用于防治脂多糖诱发的疾病,并进一步证实脂多糖的生物活性可能与蛋白淑酶C有关。
In vivo effects of matrine on Lipopolysaccharides(LPS)were studied in mice. It was found that matrine could doseumdependently inhibit the LPS induced netropenia and increasing of microvascular permeability. It was also found that matrine could significantly inhibit the LPS induced lethal ettect on mice. All these suggested that matrine could be used to prevent LPS mediated diseases and proved that the activity of was related to protein Kinase C.
