摘要
本支探讨了应用HPLC法对食物中的水溶性维生素测定的一种方法。样品采用稀盐酸提取，经μBondapakC_(18)柱分离，流动相为甲醇-水体系中加入0．1mol／LNaAc，0．02％三乙胺用HAC调pH为4．18，254nm处紫外测定。梯度洗脱，样品中7种水溶性维生素完全分离并定量测定。回收率为91．6～104．2％，相对标准偏差小于3．90％，线性相关系数在0．9950以上。
The water-soluble vitamines (Vit. C, Vit1. B1. Vit. B2, Vit, B6, Vit. B12, nicotinic acid and nicotinamide)in food samples were separated on a U-Bondapak C,, column with a mobile phase containing methanolwater(with 0. 1 mol/L NaAc-HAc,0. 02% triethylamine,pH 4. 18)and UV-254 nm detcction. The recovery was 91. 6%~ 104. 2%, RSD was less than 3. 90%, and correlation coefficient was nore than0. 9950.
