马来酸桂哌齐特联合灯盏花素治疗糖尿病足的临床观察

目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合灯盏花素治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效，以及对足背动脉血流动力学变化和下肢神经传导速度的改善。方法将符合标准的80例患者采用随机数字的方法，分为观察组和对照组，各40例，两组患者均给予糖尿病教育、糖尿病饮食及胰岛素等治疗，观察组加用马来酸桂哌齐特联合灯盏花素，对照组给予红花和654—2，治疗后观察两组患者临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗后，总有效率87．50％，高于对照组的55．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后，足背动脉血流动力学及下肢神经传导速度均得到改善，但是观察组患者改善更明显（P〈0．05）。结论马来酸桂哌齐特联合灯盏花素可以显著改善2型糖尿病患者下肢血液供应和周围神经功能，促进溃疡面的愈合，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate cinepazide maleate combined breviscapine for the clinical treatment of diabetic foot, and the dorsum of the foot and lower limb arterial blood flow velocity changes in nerve conduction velocity improvement. Methods 80 patients were divided using standard method using random numbers, they were divided into two groups and the control group of 40 patients, two groups of patients were given diabetes education, diabetes, diet and insulin treatment, observation group were treated with piperazine maleate Gui Qi special joint breviscapine and control group was given flowers and 654 -2, two groups were observed after treatment. Results The total efficiency was 87.50%, higher than 55.00%, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; two groups of patients, the dorsal artery blood flow velocity and lower limb nerve conduction speed were improved, but the observation group improved more significantly （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Cinepazide maleate joint Breviscapine can significantly improve the lower limb in patients with type 2 diabetes, the blood supply and nerve function, promote healing of ulcers, is worthy of clinical application.
