蜈蚣油外敷治疗输液外渗所致肿痛的疗效观察

目的观察蜈蚣油外敷治疗输液外渗肿痛的临床疗效。方法将60例输液外渗者随机分2组,试验组给予自制蜈蚣油、对照组给予50%硫酸镁分别湿敷肿胀部位。结果试验组与对照组平均显效时间及显效率比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜈蚣油外敷治疗输液外渗肿痛疗效显著,简便易行,减轻了患者痛苦与护理工作量,是一种较理想的方法。

Objective Observing the clinical effect of transfusion exosmic treatment by centipede oil external application.Methods 60 experimenters with transfusion exosmic were divided into 2 groups in random.The experiment group has treated by centipede oil external application,but the control group has treated by hydropathic compress with magnesium sulfate in50%.Results Compared with the experiment group and control group in average excellent time and developing effect,the results are all meet the statistics rule.（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of transfusion exosmic treatment by centipede oil external application is remarkable.This treatment is easy to operation,not only relieve the pain of patient but also improve the nursing quality,so it is a good medical treatment.
