妇科病房的无缝隙护理管理分析

An analysis on seamless care management in the gynecological wards

目的研究分析无缝隙护理管理在妇科病房中的作用与影响。方法选取我院妇科于2011年1—7月收治的330例患者，将其按照随机方法分为治疗组和对照组各115例，两组患者均进行常规治疗，治疗组患者采用无缝隙护理管理，对照组患者进行常规护理干预，对比分析两组临床效果。结果治疗组患者痊愈85例，好转25例，无效5例，总有效率为95．6％；对照组痊愈72例，好转27例，无效15例，总有效率86．9％，两组治疗效果对比P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。结论在妇科病房实施无缝隙护理管理可以提高临床治疗有效率，降低并发症发生率，使患者能够得到全面护理，值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the role and impact of seamless care management in the gynecological wards. Methods 330 patients who had been hospitalized in the gynecological department during the period of January 2011 to July 2011 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 115 for each group. In addition to conventional treatment, the study group received seamless care management, where as the control group received routine care intervention. The clinical outcomes were compared betwee the two groups. Results In the study group 85 patients cured, 25 improved, and 5 had no responses, with a total effective rate of 95.6%; whareas in the control group 72 patients cured, 27 improved, and 15 had no efficacy, with a total effective rate of 86.9%. The efficacy differed significantly between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Seamless care management in the gynecological wards can improve the efficacy, reduce the incidence of complications, and provide patients with comprehensive nursing. It is worth popularizing.
