摘要
网络环境下高校图书馆用户信息需求的变化影响了图书馆互动服务的内容、模式及机制。本文分析了网络环境下高校用户信息需求的特点,提出了构建高校图书馆多元化互动服务模式的具体理念和措施。
According to the user＇s requirement change under network environment in unversity,the content,mode and mechanism of interactive service within the university library is greatly influenced.This paper analyses the characters of the user＇s needs under such environment,and puts forward the idea and approach to construct the diversified interactive service mode in university library.
