《左传》饮食叙述略论

《左传》中有大量与饮食有关的叙述。结合相关的文化和社会背景来看,这类叙述全面而集中地反映了饮食在春秋时期的各种功用及时人对饮食功用的充分发挥,为中国饮食风俗史留下了不可多得的一笔,具有重要的认识功能和风俗学价值。结合饮食特别是周代饮食的特殊之处以及《左传》本身的特点来看,《左传》饮食叙述对全书的观念表达、深度构建、结构安排、人物描写等都具有重要意义,呈现出活泼多样的艺术色彩。此外,《左传》饮食叙述也颇具沾溉后世文学之泽。

There is a lot of diet-related narrative in Zuozhuan.From the point of view combined with correlative cultural and social background,such a comprehensive and centralized narrative reflects a variety of functions of diet in the Chunqiu period.Therefore,it has important cognitive function and folklore value.From the point of view combined with the special features of diet—especially the diet in the Zhou period——and the characteristics of Zuozhuan itself,the diet-related narrative in Zuozhuan is of great significance on concept expression,depth building,structure arrangement and character description.It also had important influence on later literature.
