高精度钢球测量仪专用工作台的设计

摘要 针对传统钢球测量仪器存在测量过程调整繁琐、测量精度与效率不高、易划伤钢球表面等缺陷,基于三点定面原理,设计出一种高精度钢球测量仪专用工作台。使用表明:该工作台完全满足高精度数显钢球测量仪的使用要求,采用该工作台的高精度钢球测量仪具有易调整、精度高、不损伤被测钢球等优点。 In view of the flaws of the traditional steel balls measuring instruments,such as tedious adjustment,low accuracy and efficiency,easy to scratch the surface of the steel balls,a special workbench for high-precision steel balls measuring instrument is designed based on the principle of three points fixing a surface.The study shows that the special workbench entirely meets the requirements of the high-precision digital display steel balls measuring instrument,the instrument with special workbench have many advantages,such as easy to adjust,high precision,no damage to the measured steel balls and so on.
