During the production process,the tile defects caused by polishing machinery failures are common.This paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of polishing machinery failures.It points out that regular check,adequate adjustment and prompt troubleshooting can solve the failures of polishing machinery,control the occurrence of polishing defects,improve the polished tile quality and increase the output.
