帕金森病的X-刀治疗

Parkinsonism treated by X knife(gamma knife)

目的 首次探讨了帕金森病（ＰＤ）的Ｘ－刀治疗，为ＰＤ找出了一条新的治疗途径。方法 ８ 例难治性ＰＤ病人，采用Ｘ－刀１ 次１４０ Ｇｙ 损毁ＶＩＭ 治疗２ 例；１４０ Ｇｙ 分２ 次治疗４ 例；１６５ Ｇｙ ３ 次治疗２ 例；每次间隔２４ ｈ。结果 Ｘ－刀治疗后３～２４ 个月随访，８ 例病人消除或改善了震颤症状；轻度缓了僵直和运动减少症状；无并发症发生。神经心理学检查无显著改善。结论 Ｘ－刀可安全、无创治疗难治性ＰＤ；震颤症状改善显著；神经心理学指标短期无恢复。

To evaluate the effects of X knife treatment of Parkiusonism and their outcome.Methods 8 parkinson disease(PD) patients were treated by X knife. 2 patients were managed by single full dose of 140 Gy, 4 patients were treated by fractionated irradiation 140 Gy for 2 times, 2 patients were treated by fractionated irradiation by 165 Gy for 3 times.Results 3～18 months later, the tremor of 8 patients disappeared or relieved significantly, the rigidity and bradykinesia were relieved slightly. No complication has been observed. Restoring of neuropsychological improvements were not observed.Conclusions PD treated by X knife is safe, patients tremor can be relieved significantly, but neuropsychological index was not changed in this short period of time.
