摘要
目的 观察复方黄芪当归合剂对绝经猕猴脂质过氧化反应及肾脏结构老化的影响。方法 健康雌性猕猴8 只,经常规检疫有正常月经,行双侧卵巢切除术,制成绝经猕猴老化动物模型,并随机分成两组,未用中药组(对照组)4 只,用中药组(治疗组)4 只,绝经时间30 个月。测定血清及肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)及氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并观察肾脏结构变化。结果 中药治疗组猕猴肾脏结构老化程度较对照组明显减轻;中药治疗组猕猴血清及肾组织中MDA 和OX-LDL含量明显低于对照组,SOD活性明显高于对照组(P< 0.05)。结论 复方黄芪当归合剂能提高绝经猕猴SOD活性,抑制脂质过氧化反应及OX-LDL的产生,延缓肾脏结构老化。
To observe the effects of complex mixture of Huangqi and Danggui on lipid peroxidation and aging of the renal structure in menopausal rhesus monkey.Methods 8 healthy female rhesus monkeys that have normal menstruation were ovariectomized and were divided into 2 groups at random 4 in untreated group(a control group) and 4 in treated group. The menopause time is 30 months. To determine the amount of MDA and OX LDL and the activity of SOD in the serum and renal tissue by ELISA, and to observe the ultramicrostrcucture changes by electron microscopy.Results (1) The group treated by complex mixture of Huangqi and Danggui showed that the degree of aging of the renal structures is much decreased than that of the control group.(2) The amount of MDA and OX LDL in the serum and renal tissue in the treated group is much lowed than that of the control group, and the activity of SOD is much higher than that of the control group (P<0 05) .Conclusions The complex mixture of Huangqi and Danggui can increase the activity of SOD in menopausal rhesus monkey, inhibit lipid peroxidation and the production of OX LDL and slowdown the aging processes of the renal structure.
