针灸综合疗法治疗聚合性痤疮临床研究

Clinical Research of Face Acne Conglobata Treated by Combination Acupuncture Therapy

目的观察耳穴结合面部刺络闪罐及体针等综合疗法对聚合性痤疮的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理。方法将60例聚合性痤疮患者分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组采用耳穴结合面部刺络闪罐及体针治疗,对照组采用口服米诺环素治疗,共治疗2个疗程。对比观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后血清白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)水平。结果治疗组临床疗效及总有效率优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后血清IL-1α水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),且治疗组下降水平大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸综合疗法对聚合性痤疮患者皮损有明显改善,优于米诺环素。针灸调节机体免疫功能可能是其治疗聚合性痤疮的重要机理之一。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination acupuncture therapy （ear point combined with pricking cupping and body point, EPCB） in treating face acne conglobata （FAC）, and investigate its mechanism. Methods Sixty FAC cases were randomly divided into treating group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The treating group was treated with EPCB combination acupuncture therapy and the control group with minocycline orally for two courses. The clinical effect and the level of serum IL-la of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical effect of treating group was better than control group with no significant difference （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the level of serum IL-la of both groups decreased significantly than before （P 〈 0.01）, and that of treating group was lower than control group with significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conduslon EPCB combination acupuncture therapy can improve lesions of FAC, and better than minocycline. Adjusting immunity function may be one of the important mechanisms of acupuncture in treating FAC.
