摘要
目的优选小儿上感合剂的提取工艺。方法以处方中君药金银花所含有效成分绿原酸为考察指标,用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,采用正交试验法对提取工艺进行优选。结果小儿上感合剂的最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.0 h。结论该优化工艺稳定、可行,为制剂的生产提供了试验依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Shang-gan mixture in children. Methods With the content of chlorogenic acid, effective components in monarch drug honeysuckle, as the investigation index determined by HPLC, the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test method. Results The best extracting technology condition was as follows: the amount of the water was 10 times of the medicinal materials, the decoction duration was 1.0 h and for 3 times. Conclusion The optimal extraction process was attainable, it provides experimental basis for mass production.
