摘要 目的:通过分析医学生对不同人群急救普及培训的效果,为我国急救普及培训提供新思路。方法:组织广东省某医学院在校学生对汕头市金平区普通市民举办以现场心肺复苏术(CPR)为主的急救培训,比较不同人群间的培训结果。结果:各类人群CPR操作考核通过率达81.3%。其中高中生通过率最高(91.0%),显著高于社会人员和初中生,p<0.01;初中生通过率均显著低于其他人员,p<0.01。结论:医学生作为培训主体开展急救普及培训效果良好,值得推广;不同人群急救知识普遍缺乏,应针对人群特点采用不同的培训方式。 Objective: By analyzing the training effect of popularization on emergency rescue skills between different groups of people with medical students, to provide new ideas for the popularization on emergency rescue training in our country. Methods: The medical students in a Medical College in Guangdong carried out popularization on emergency rescue skills based on the field Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) among common population in Jinping district, Shantou city. The training outcomes between different groups of people were compared. Results: The total passing rate of CPR operation reached to 81 3% after training. The highest passing rate of 91.0% was in senior middle school students, which was higher significantly than junior middle school students and common community people (all P 〈 0.01); the passing rate in junior middle school students was the lowest in all participants (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The model of popularization on emergency rescue training with medical students being the main body of training, had a good outcome and was worth carrying out. The emergency rescue knowledge was still a lack among different groups of people and different training methods should be used based on characteristics of different groups of people.
