山东省医院信息化人才队伍现状与发展策略

The Status and Strategy of Talent Team of Hospital Informatization in Shandong Province

目的:通过对山东省内22家医院与医院信息人员,及开办医学信息教育的4所本科医学院校进行调查,探讨目前山东省医院信息化人才队伍本身、人才培养等方面存在的问题,进而有针对性地提出进一步加强医学信息人才建设与培养的策略。方法:向22家医院的信息工作人员发放问卷及对4所本科院校信息专业的负责人进行专访。结果:医院信息人员在数量、结构、继续教育方面较过去有较大的提高。结论:加强医院信息人才建设,用好现有的人才,提高医学信息人才培养质量。

Objective： Based on the investigation into information personnel in the 22 hospitals and 4 undergraduate medical universities offering medical information education in Shandong province, existing problems about talent team itself of hospital informatization and the cultivation of talents has been analyzed. Then the strategy of construction and training has been properly put forward. Method： Questionnaires to the 22 hospitals＇ informational staff and interview persons who in charge Information professionals in four professional colleges. Result： The hospital＇s information staffs number, structure, continuing education has improved greatly over the past. Conclusion： Strengthen the con- struction of hospital information professionals, use of existing personnel and improve the personnel training＇s quality.
