旧式载客电梯选层控制系统改造方案的探索与设计

摘要 针对目前存在着一些平时使用并不频繁,而且尚末到达报废期限的旧式载客电梯,其机械装置完好,磨损情况并不严重,仍有继续使用价值,但由于客梯控制系统是采用早期的继电式控制或简单电子电路控制方式,其控制可靠性较差。提出了一种利用Z8671单片机来改造旧式客梯的新方案,经对客梯进行改造并长时间运行,达到预期效果。 Since the machine was not used frequently and hasn't reached the scrapped deadline of the old passenger elevator,the worn condition is not serious at all,which means the mechanical devices still working well and keeping the value of usage.However,the control reliability is worse because of the early-relay control system or simple electric ways.Therefore,the paper puts forward a new scheme using Z8671 single-chip computer to reform the old one.The reformed passenger lift has been working for a long time and achieves the desired results.
