慢性肺心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸、脑钠肽变化的临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨慢性肺源性心脏病(CPHD)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及脑钠肽(BNP)变化的临床意义。方法选择CPHD患者(CPHD组)、体检健康者(对照组)各35例,检测并比较其血清Hcy、BNP水平。结果 CPHD组Hcy、BNP明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),且CPHD患者的Hcy水平与BNP呈正相关(r=0.19,P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy、BNP联合检测可作为早期诊断CPHD的指标之一。
