摘要
为了改善水性聚丙烯酸酯树脂涂料涂膜的耐中性盐雾性能,在含一定量无机填料的聚丙烯酸酯树脂水分散液中分别添加固化剂、环氧树脂、缓蚀剂和水,对涂料配方及固化条件进行了优选,得到涂料最佳配方为:14.5 g聚丙烯酸酯树脂,4.5 g无机混合填料(2.0 g磷酸锌,1.5 g云母粉,1.0 g高岭土),4.5 g固化剂C-303,2.9g环氧树脂E-44,0.56 g苯并三氮唑,1.1 g三聚磷酸二氢铝,配成固体质量分数为35%的涂料;将涂料涂覆于硅钢片表面,在250℃/90 s条件下固化成膜。通过中性盐雾试验考察了涂料涂膜的耐蚀性能。结果显示,最优配方及固化条件下所得涂膜的耐中性盐雾腐蚀时间大于8 h,其耐蚀性有显著提高。
Curing agent,epoxy resin,corrosion inhibitor and water were introduced into the dispersion solution of polyacrylate-water containing inorganic fillers.The formula of the polyacrylate paint and the curing conditions were optimized.Resultant water-borne polyacrylate paint with a solid mass fraction of 35% was coated onto the surface of silicon steel and cured at 250 ℃ for 90 s to generate anticorrosion coating.The corrosion resistance of the cured coating was examined based on neutral salt-fog test.Results indicate that title paint is optimally composed of 14.5 g polyacrylate resin,4.5 g mixed inorganic fillers(2.0 g zinc phosphate,1.5 g mica powder and 1.0 g kaolin),4.5 g curing agent C-303,2.9 g epoxy resin E-44,0.56 g benzotriazole and 1.1 g aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate.As-prepared water-borne polyacrylate coating was able to endure neutral salt-fog for over 8 h and could significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the silicon steel.
