摘要
为进一步提高C/C复合材料的抗高温氧化性能,采用包埋法和刷涂法在C/C复合材料上制备了SiC/MoSi2-Si2 N2 O-CrSi2抗高温氧化涂层,借助XRD及SEM对涂层的组织结构及形貌进行了表征,初步研究了涂层在1 500℃静态空气中的氧化性能及其形成机理。结果显示:SiC/MoSi2-Si2 N2 O-CrSi2涂层最外层主要由Si2 N2 O,少量CrSi2,SiC,MoSi2相组成,该涂层在1 500℃下氧化26 h失重率仅为1.94%,其抗氧化性能优于无Si2N2O的MoSi2-SiC-CrSi2涂层。
High-temperature anti-oxidation coating SiC/MoSi2-Si2N2O-CrSi2 was prepared on C/C composites using pack cementation method and slurry method.The phase structure and morphology of as-prepared anti-oxidation coating were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy,and its anti-oxidation performance at 1 500 ℃ in air and formation mechanism were investigated.It was found that the outer layer of the coating mainly consisted of Si2N2O and contained a small amount of CrSi2,SiC and MoSi2.Besides,its mass loss rate after 26 h of oxidation at 1 500 ℃ in air was only 1.94%,corresponding to its better anti-oxidation performance than MoSi2-SiC-CrSi2 coating without Si2N2O.
