摘要 为了研究TiB2/Mo2FeB2复相陶瓷涂层的耐蚀性,以Mo粉、FeB粉、Fe粉及TiB2粉为原料,采用反应火焰喷涂技术在Q235钢上制备了TiB2/Mo2FeB2复相陶瓷涂层。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析了粉体和涂层的物相组成与表面形貌,通过浸泡法测试了涂层耐蚀性。结果表明:涂层内含硬质相TiB2、部分Mo2 FeB2,TiO2、B2 O3,残留的Mo、TiB2等;TiB2/Mo2 FeB2复相陶瓷涂层的耐酸性、耐碱性、耐盐性分别为Q235钢基体的4.17,3.39,3.34倍。 A multiphase ceramic coating,TiB2/Mo2FeB2,was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by reactive flame spraying with Mo powder,FeB powder,Fe powder and TiB2 powder as the starting materials.The phase composition and surface morphology of raw material powders and as-sprayed TiB2/Mo2FeB2 coating were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The corrosion resistance of the coating was examined.Results show that as-sprayed TiB2/Mo2FeB2 consists of hard phase TiB2 and Mo2FeB2,and contains a small amount of TiO2 and B2O3 as well as residual Mo and TiB2.The acid resistance,alkali resistance and salt tolerance of TiB2/Mo2FeB2 multiphase ceramic coating were 4.17 times,3.39 times and 3.34 times of that of the matrix.
