Blu-ray direct screen making technique and its features are described. Various screen making techniques are compared, such as traditional printing screen making by photochemical process, wax jet engraving, ink jet screen engraving and laser engraving. It is pointed out that blu-ray direct screen making technique is an innovation way with advantages of high precision, high accuracy, high speed, simple operation, high automation, high energy efficiency and low cost.
