For a country or nation to become powerful,its culture must be equipped with the capability of self-awareness,self-confidence and self-improvement.Cultural self-awareness is the basis for the nation's rise,self-confidence is the spiritual pillar for the nation to get stronger and self-improvement is the dynamic source of technological innovation.To a large extent,the self-awareness,self-confidence and self-improvement takes technological innovation as precondition and object and the independent innovation of technology will surely play a decisive role in the cultural construction and solution to the problems in people's livelihood.
